Operations & Quality Coordinator is a dual role responsible for general administrative support and document control functions for Operations and Quality team. The Operations responsibilities will include collecting data and developing various reports, coordinating meetings and conferences and completing special projects. The Quality responsibilities will include maintaining and distributing up-to-date manufacturing documents/processes across all locations and managing the operation of the document control center. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload and recommends changes in organization practices or procedures.
Key Job Elements
*Develop and distribute strategic reports and presentations for global operations.
*Support Global Operations Team by coordinating meetings, conference calls and presentations.
*Support the Operations leadership team in development and tracking of business metrics.
*Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.
*Timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
*Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
*Types, designs and proofreads general correspondences, memos, charts, graphs, etc. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
*Associate s degree in business or related field required.
*Minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience.
*Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Knowledge of managing files and records, databases, and/or designing forms.
*Proven written and verbal communication skills.
